I have placed an order. What happens now?
After confirming payment, you will receive an email with the product mockup including your logo. Once you confirm the mockup, the order will proceed to printing.

Can I order products without printing?
Of course, you can order unbranded products without any problem. When you add the products you want, do not select any type of branding, and that's it.
I'm from the Canary Islands / Ceuta / Melilla. Do I have to pay VAT?
If you are placing an order to be shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, it will be exempt from VAT as it is considered an export. Even so, there are additional costs such as tariffs and customs duties that will be borne by the customer.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Yes, we ship our products to the Canary Islands. The customer will have to bear the customs costs and taxes separately. Normally, an additional week should be added to the delivery times due to sea transport and customs. We also have air shipping option if the delivery date is urgent; in this case, please contact us for more information.
What are the delivery times?
Unpersonalized orders arrive within 2 to 4 days
(depending on the manufacturer) after your order payment. For personalized orders, the usual delivery times are 7 to 14 days. You can also see the estimated delivery dates on each product's page. If you have a deadline or needed it yesterday, consult us, we will do our best to get your promotional gifts to you on time.
What is the cost of standard shipping?
Standard shipping is free for deliveries in mainland Spain for orders over €300 ex VAT. If your order is less than this, shipping costs are €7.50
