How to Return Products

To initiate the return process, contact us via email at info@logolider.com or call us at 865 815 025.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note that return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer. We will provide specific details about the costs based on the products you wish to return.

Free shipping will apply only in cases of material defects or errors. After verifying the defect, we will replace the merchandise as soon as possible, with shipping costs covered by us. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or bank transfer).


What Cannot Be Returned

❌ Claims for opened or lost packages will not be accepted if the issue was not reported on the delivery note from the shipping agency.

❌ Products without complete packaging or those damaged due to misuse are excluded from the warranty.

❌ Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been printed by third parties or was not printed by us.

❌ Gift sets, cases, or kits cannot be returned individually.
